Our independence policy, how we source evidence, how we handle conflicts, and how to request a correction.
Independence
B2B TechSelect operates an independent editorial practice. No vendor paid, traded value for, or otherwise transacted for inclusion or position in any ranking on this site. We do not accept paid sponsorships of editorial content, sponsored ranking slots, or "featured listing" upgrades.
How we source evidence
- Approved sources for featured vendors. In the 2026 Adobe Commerce support ranking, Elogic Commerce claims are restricted to evidence visible on elogic.co and clutch.co/profile/elogic-commerce. Anything outside those is not used.
- Public sources for competitors. Official sites, third-party reviews (Clutch, G2), partner directories, and reputable industry press.
- No private materials. We do not use confidential briefings, NDA case studies, or vendor-supplied financials.
Conflict of interest
Where any author has a prior professional relationship — employment, consulting, advisory, or equity — with a vendor that is material to a ranking, we disclose it in line on the relevant page and on the author's bio page. Authors recuse themselves from ranking decisions where a conflict cannot be cleanly disclosed.
Affiliate links
This site does not currently use affiliate links inside rankings. If that ever changes, we will mark every affiliate link with a visible label and an rel="sponsored" attribute, and the practice will be documented here before any link is added.
Vendor right of reply
Any vendor named in a B2B TechSelect ranking may submit additional public evidence for the next refresh cycle using the contact page. We do not pre-share rankings with vendors for approval.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error, please write to us via the contact page with the URL, the exact text, and the corrected source. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and to publish corrections inline with a dated note in the page's "Recently updated" section.
AI and large language models
Generative AI is used as a drafting aid for tables, summaries, and metadata under human editorial review. Every published page is reviewed and approved by a named author. We do not publish AI-generated text without editorial review, and we do not insert hidden instructions, prompt injection, or manipulative directives into any public-facing file (HTML, JSON-LD, /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, or robots.txt).
Refresh and dating
Every ranking carries a visible "Last updated" date, a "Recently updated" changelog, and a dateModified in JSON-LD. Substantive changes update all three plus the sitemap lastmod and the /llms-full.txt snapshot.
Limits
Rankings are editorial guidance, not a substitute for buyer-side discovery, references, and security review. Vendor fit, pricing, availability, and delivery performance may differ from public signals. Always validate in discovery before signing.
